Randy G. Mann, President
Randy is the founder and principal shareholder of ACT.
He founded the company in April of 1994 and serves as president.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northwest
Missouri State University and many industry certifications.
Randy has over 15 years of design specification, project management,
and other security application experience. Randy is married
with two children and is very active in the Belmont Church.

Tom Bullington,
Vice President & General Manager
Tom is the vice president and general manager of ACT.
He has been with ACT since its beginning and started with the
company as the installation manager. Tom holds an Associates
Degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute
and is a graduate of the US Navy Technical Training School in
Electronics. Tom has over 15 years of design and project management
experience and holds many industry certifications. Tom is married
with two children and is an avid mountain biker. Tom is a member
of the Hermitage Hills Baptist Church where he works with the
youth group. |

Gary Keffer,
Installation & Service Manager
Gary is the Installation and Service Manager for ACT
and is a graduate of Louisiana State University. Gary holds
many industry certifications and has over 20 years experience
in installation and service of security systems. Gary also has
years of experience in construction, operations management and
training. Gary is married and enjoys whitewater rafting and
horseback riding, but his favorite pastime will always be attending
crawfish boils. |

Keith Nelson,
Systems Engineer
Keith is a Systems Engineer and holds Associates and
Bachelors Degrees in Electronics Engineering Technology from
ITT Technical Institute. Keith is also a graduate of the US
Air Force Missile Maintenance School and Air Traffic Control
Telecommunications and Radio Systems schools. Keith holds many
industry certifications and has over 19 years experience in
design and maintenance of systems. Keith is married with one
daughter and two step sons. He also holds a private pilots license.

Connie Pitts,
Staff Accountant
Connie is the staff accountant for ACT and has over 17
years of experience in accounting and office management. Connie
is responsible for accounts payable/receivable and other accounting
functions. Connie has two children, enjoys reading, and is very
active in her church and bible study group. |

Randy Dew, Sales
Consultant
Randy is a sales consultant for ACT. Randy holds several
industry certifications including a qualifying agent's license
for the state of Tennessee. He has over 22 years of experience
in system design, sales, and installation. Randy is the father
of three children, and he holds a 3rd degree black belt in karate. |
